Reasons for rejection

I would really like to accept all suggestions, but sometimes I can't. These are reasons why.

• I don't know how to make that effect or I forgot how to. Simply put, if I don't know how to do it, then I can't write about it.
• The tutorial is overdone. There are some tutorials that several sites already have. I would rather not have repeats if I can't think of a better or different way to do it.
• I wouldn't be able to write a tutorial for it. Some things I do in graphics just happened to work for that specific graphic/image. I wouldn't be able to generalize it into a tutorial.
